Gluten Free Oatmeal Bake



Preheat oven to 350 degrees:

Combine in a mixing bowl:
1 cup oil
2 cups milk
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla

In the bottom of an 9x13 pan (ungreased) place 2 small cans or 1 large can of drained peaches. (You can use the whole can of peaches without draining, but you have to bake it a lot longer.)

Measure and pour 6 cups Gifts of Nature certified gluten free rolled oats over the peaches. Then pour in the liquid mixture over the oatmeal & peaches. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (or until golden brown and center is firm).

Serve warm. I serve it in bowls and let people add milk to their liking.
