In my quest to share recipes while promoting my favorite gluten free products, I feel "moved" to share the following recipe for my breakfast yogurt.
1 cup plain whole milk yogurt (Stonyfield Farm Organic Brand is certified gluten free)
1 TBS light agave nectar
1 cup fruit of your choice ( I use fresh blackberries, blueberries, and strawberries)
I mix the agave nectar into my yogurt, place my fruit on top and drizzle the top with a little extra agave nectar. This same recipe can be put into the blender for a smoothie. (I use frozen fruit for smoothies.)
Stonyfield Farm yogurt has six live active cultures to help regulate the intestinal flora. With all the hype about Dannon Activia and it's benefits, I was looking for a sugar free option. That was when I started using plain Brown Cow and Stonyfield Farms yogurt and found that for me it had the same digestive benefits without the problems with sugar. I use the whole milk variety because I need to maintain my weight.

Oh how I miss whole milk yogurt, good for you. It's becoming harder to find non-homogenized whole milk yogurt with the cream on top. Healthiest option in my opinion :)
